2. Bulgaria, Moldova, Armenia, Czech Republic, Georgia, Montenegro, Serbia, Azerbaijan and San Marino debuted after 2004, the last year that The Netherlands participated in the final.
3. Albania, Andorra and Belarus debuted in 2004, so they had only one chance to give points to The Netherlands in the final.

Yes, we gave 5 points to Armenia and 8 points to Turkey this year, but without the juries I'm pretty sure it would be 10 and 12 points.
I think this system with 50% televoters and 50% juries is much better than only televoters.

Although it didn't make a difference for some countries (Turkey and Azerbaijan still gave each other 12 points, Cyprus gave 12 points to Cyprus), this system is much better.
