As winner of Tour du Monde 3 it fell to me to decide the location of the 5th edition and I chose...

Actually Anna Vissi can be used after all . Only in a Duet with her ex- husband Nikos Karvelas. Other than that Anna Vissi is eligible .

Strictly speaking I shouldn't allow Antique - seeing as they were formed in Sweden and Helena was born in Sweden....and I think Nikos was too but according to their Wiki page they are a Greek singing duo formed in Sweden
