Hello everyone and welcome to the 23rd edition of Eurovision Theme Contest! The winner of ETC 21 was Totti, but because he will be away the whole summer, he gave Karel the right to choose this theme, and so, the name of this edition is

Elina: Hello everyone and welcome to this new edition! I think both Gerly and I are very lucky, because we can be here in this male company! As you know, this edition is dedicated to songs, where were only men on the stage. We have 18 participants in this edition and in alphabetical order they are: Andrey, bURN, Centrix, Corlagol, Danijel, Dartacan, Diggiloo, ESCFollower, Gerly, Ijm123, Jirka.cz, Karel, Martial, My Star, Niko, Rapsodia, Remy and Westendpad. So, 18 participants mean 18 songs and here comes the list. The draw was done last night with the help of an outsider who didn't know which song was which. So, here are the songs:

Elina: Niko told me earlier that this will be a fantastic edition and I must say that I agree with him: so many good songs for every taste! I wonder which song will win and who can choose the theme for ETC 25. But, before closing this presentation, i must still tell you one more thing and it is

THE RULES

01 - Don't reveal anyone your own entry.

02 – Listen and watch all the 18 videos very carefully.

03 – Send your votes to Niko by PM, email or in msn, using the traditional ESC voting system giving the best song 12 pts, then 10 pts and 08 – 01 pts. You may of course not vote for your own entry.

04 – Deadline for voting is Wednesday, July 23rd which means exactly 2 weeks and 6 days from today.

Oh yes, you are right.

I tried to check all the possible esc videos where therre is a male soloist or a male group, but I didn't notice those 2 women.

I even did not allow someone to join with Turkey 2010, because the robot on the stage seemed to be a woman.

So, what do you say, should we disqualify this song or let it be the way it is, because the mistake was finally mine.

Well I don't think it's exactly fair for a song that doesn't fit the criteria to participate but that's just my opinion, I'll respect what ever your decision will be as the host of this contest. After all the song is not in my top ten so I wouldn't vote for it either way.

On the other hand if you choose to replace it with the second or third choice of the person who sent it then I can gladly vote again of course.
