France and Sweden went one after another in 91, 92, 93 and  Sweden went first in 94 as France went last
they did tie TWICE thank you very much, in 1991 and just months ago in 2008

In all 6 of the years Country A sang before Country B

In one of the years Country A came last

In the same year that Country A came last Country B won

Country A also had a victory in one of the 6 years.

In the same year that Country A won Country B came 4th.

OK - the years were

1981-1986

Country A is Scandinavian
Country B is an island

In each of the years from 81 to 86 Country B followed Country A on stage in ESC.

In 1981 Country B won and Country A came last with 0 points.

I can't make it any more obvious :P

lol it took us forever..

ok a new question then.. wow tough to figure one interesting.. In esc 2008, the French commentators were Julien Lepers (big name of FR3 for all the cultural shows) and Jean-Paul Gaultier (the famous international couturier who is a huge esc fan).. Gaultier even was member of the French jury in esc 91 and 92 and designed a few dresses for esc..

One of the contestants at esc 08 came to the French box to give his/her opinions on the show, modern esc etc.. It wasn't the French one.. which one was it and why would he/she come to Lepers and Gaultier?

oh this is still going on? I thought not.. Well it was Dana International, since Gaulthier made her dresses for eurovision 98 and Dana gave us a few words in French about the esc 08 experience !

New question.

Both singers represented their country two times in a row, in the same two years.
The countries have won the Eurovision Song Contest in the last decade.

Who are the two singers?

Next question.

4 people have represented UK twice (not including appearances as backing vocalists).  Ronnie Carroll (62&63) and Cliff Richard (68&73) are the obvious 2 - who are the other 2?

I know that Cheryl Baker represented the United Kingdom twice (member of Co-Co in 1978 and a member of Bucks Fizz in 1981).

But who is the 4th one?  :worry:

I think that I've found the correct answer! Is it Sally Ann Triplett?

She was a member of the band Prima Donna (ESC 1980) and a part of the double act Bardo (ESC 1982).

:yay:

Next question:

Two countries ended on the same place (in the final) three times in a row in their first three participations. Which two countries?

The countries have never won the contest and they came last several times (2 and 3 times).
