I don't know about the plagiarism allegations (not that that's news to my ears considering where I'm from  :P), but the fact that joke entries always get to be advertised more (not to mention for free also) is so "eurovisionish" that puts the whole contest to shame. No wonder that people not liking the contest nowadays use to say "that's what Eurovision is all about" .... unfortunately no one can easily contradict them lately.

Now .... about the songs that passed the registration deadline .... are they any good at least?

I guess you're right

Well, about the songs, there was a definitely better material submitted this year, but there are no significant names and probably this fact makes all the participants (are they professionals or amateur) a little bit stronger... and a little bit more sure in theirselves. There is a wide range of styles and genres of the songs submitted, which is also good. There are great voices and beautiful people... But , the only problem is that the jury will contain workers from TRM (our national TV station) , and not professionals in this domain... so I'm afraid that some good works will not get to the final ... but my indignation will be at its top if I'll see "Pavel Turcu" with his crappy song at the final.

Professional or not, is the jury that bad? I mean, some crappy songs as you say often get through with everything just to spice up a bit the whole show. Sometimes (and here comes the sad part as it's not always just an accident) joke entries end up winning the Selections and get a top spot at the final event. I can understand your disappointment ... I used to think that Todomondo's entry was a wrong choice, but I didn't expect Rodolfo Chikilicuatre, Verka Serduchka, Dustin the Turkey & co to prove me wrong so fast ... at least they were all funny to some extent.

What can I say? ... good luck and God help us all!  :P

studio version is better i think because the vocals were not good. but it's uptempo and i like the music so it goes somewhere in the middle of my rankings.

The song itself is not maybe very bad, but the performance is quite messy.  :-\

Am I on a too critical mood today, because I have only given negative opinions about yesterday's all elected song?  :-[

Horrible outfits, messy performance! I believe that this is the weakest entry coming from Moldova so far

First, I don't like Olia Tira. The worst song Moldova sent until now. Millenium could have been so much better.

I agree, if they can get the live right, this is a sure qualifier.
