Why, oh why you stupid Russian jury!  You had the keys to win the whole ESC with a cheerful song and performance by Buranovskiye Babushki - and you went and chose that boring ballad!

Anyway, here are Buranovskiye Babushki - which would have been the best ESC song by light year ! This was nr 1 in televoting.

   :sing:

What the hell? It is clear that not many countries want to win this year. Probably economic crisis fault.  ^-^  Russia said that they don't wanna win again, but they could have try at least with those old women. 6 boonika bate doba on stage.  ;D

The Buranovskiye Babushki should be nr 1 performance in Eurovision , and should stay always in people mind, but that ballad, uhh... bad choose Russia
Even Dima Bilan White Night should be better of that, even when havent released the song with vocal.

well everyone agres on Buranovskiye Babushki so i wont come back on that
on the other hand, the winning song could have been an ok song without the leader (awful outfits and terrible terrible voice)

ok this wasn't clear : i really think that the grannies were over the top, it sounded fake folk to me. I even prefer "Mamo" to it.. I don't want to listen to old ladies singing schlager pop sorry. The performance was cute and would have gotten Russia a top 10 result but definitely would be a boring esc entry..

I'm sorry to shock but the russian song is good, i've been relistening to it and it's really good.. it's just that Peter Nalitch doesnt care to work on his image.. and i don't get why.. true we like good artists but that doesnt mean an artist has to look like hell (for instance the israeli singer is both a great singer and usually does great looks)

Absolutely horrific.  Vocally awful, musically dreadful, lyrically rubbish.  A complete train-wreck of an entry.  Remember what I said about being surprised if The Netherlands finished higher than 38th in my rankings....well with this and the even more hideous Ukrainian entry things are looking good for the Dutch

Lost and forgotten is a good title for this song .. it is not very good  :-[ Why couldn't they have Dima with White Nights? That song was amazing even without lyrics, I loved it

Gosh! What was that? I suppose they don't want to win again. The song is horrible! And the singer has a terribel english accent.
BTW, I've just found this video in youtube. I think these two songs are almost similar.
