:-[ My final numer 2 was my favorite before to see Bosnian performance. I saw many comedy acts on ESC, but this I really like it. It seems that Ukraine is my favorite country in ESC.
And about Natalia... I think that were many people who knew about her. She won our national festival Mamaia before to go at ESC. She made  her name in Romania. And I saw that a Moldavian singer to have succes in Moldova needs to have succes at Bucharest before. Natalia representing Romania? This is very very posible. Last year she sent a song for Romanian selection, but was on 29th place (first 28 having a chance to go more far). Also she had the colaboration with Sistem. I can see a colaboration like this for Eurovision, too. But the return of Sistem depends only by TVR implication and desire to win.

True - I knew about Natalia before esc but don't ask my mother who Natalia Barbu is ...or if she won any award at Mamaia. Natalia still has a lot more to say ...her albums are not known in Romania and the fact that her songs appear on radio hits albums from time to time is not enough to call her a superstar in Romania (just my 0,02 $ )
"Fight' is not Natala's best song and we all know it. She can do so much more. :)

Having heard a few more songs from Natalia in recent weeks I would have to agree that Fight is FAR from being her best song...and it's still a fabulous song.  From Natalia I adore Come To Me

Strange to see both of you didn't think much of Hungary pre-contest.  When I first heard all the songs for 2007 pre-contest there was only 3 songs that I considered top-class - Moldova, Serbia and Hungary.

Serbia?! Noooo. Sorry! When I heard Hungary for the first time I didn't give it any attention. I just asked me how they can come at Eurovision with such a boring song, more boring than a normal balade. Well, for sure they knew better what Magdi is able to do.

Yeah - Marija Serifovic's voice was just magnificent.  As for Magdi - that type of song is something that appeals to me...and the live just made it even better.

I think that Marija Serifovic was the worst Serbian entry for me from this century.  :worry: Magdi had a song who can catch me, on my taste, but when I think at Eurovision is hard to believe it can do good. I still think that Magdi was one exception.

HERE ARE MY RANKINGS of the 42 ENTRIES to the Eurovision Song Contest 2007

42nd : Turkey - Shake it up shekerim - Kenan DoÄŸulu : 000/100
(0*3 + 0*3 + 0*2 + 0*1 + 0*1)
What to do of a song that doesn't have a melody or a message, sung by an ugly guy who can't dance or song? Well, last of course!

41st : Russia - Song #1 - Serebro : 006/100
(1*3 + 0*3 + 1*2 + 0*1 + 1*1)
yeah so actually this is typically the modern song.. but just the whole idea of having three whores on stage shaking their butt saying that it tastes good is definitely not for me and a disgraceful esc entry.

40th : Ukraine - Dancing - Verka Serduchka : 007/100
(1*3 + 0*3 + 0*2 + 2*1 + 2*1)
There is a fine line between funny songs and joke songs. This is definitely a "joke" entry and I'm quite against them if they're not really well done so that they actually have a point. Here there's nothing really except a fat fake silver woman shaking the ass of a fat real golden woman. I was so afraid it would win I found myself hoping for "Molitva" to win when it was down to these two..

39th : Poland - Time to party - The Jet set : 017/100
(2*3 + 1*3 + 3*2 + 2*1 + 0*1)
This just isn't my type of music or entry. I'm not into club-type songs and having a blondie showing off her panties.. just couldn't do it for me, and the direction they went for was totally off.

38th : United-Kingdom - Flying the flag for you - Scooch : 018/100
(2*3 + 1*3 + 2*2 + 3*1 + 2*1)
The brits just love it cheesy. It shows in their votings (i mean 10 to latvia 08..) and obviously that's what they sent this time. Cheesy jokes "and blow" cheesy tune, cheesy performance, man that's what kids do to show off planes. Definitely a shame to a country with much amazing music, but as France or other countries, Uk's just not into esc anymore, how sad..

sorry i never got to finish this.. maybe soon?
