« on: June 02, 2014, 11:58:16 PM »

Will Serbia return in 2015 and who will represent them?

Discuss the Serbian selection here

Serbia's entry for Vienna doesn't strike me as a winner.  It started off okay, but the disco bit in the middle was just awful, and the dancers are very distracting.  It could have been quite a powerful ballad, but the combination of ballad and disco really doesn't work for me.

But one day the old lovers long for more
Dreams and desires of another youth
And they leave their families, betray their friends
They don't want advice about how to be happy

I can't see it getting through to the final based on that performance, that's for sure.

the beginning sounded interesting, but the song turns into a big disaster, especially as it sounds like many songs in one...Bojana's voice is also a bit annoying.

Hey! :)

Bojana will represent Serbia with English version of the song:

Her voice is incredible, really. She actually wide known in Serbia after she participated in "Serbia got talent" few years ago. I had that pleasure to hear her few times now, mainly on jazz/soul festivals around here, and she's really amazing!
If anyone would like to hear her first performance for Serbia got talent, here you can do that: (singing starts at 0:38)

She's not really into this pop style as far as I can tell, and I think that she could do much better with this song. I don't like the disco part of the song as well, but overall - I think it's a nice song that generally goes well on eurovisions.
