The full semi final results of Eurovision 2009 have been revealed. Semi final one was won by eventual runner up Iceland, while semi final two was won by eventual winner Norway.
The juries saved entries in both semi finals, with 12th placed Finland, and 13th placed Croatia advancing to the final. The two unlucky countries that finished 10th, and thus missed out were Serbia, and for the second year running Macedonia. Montenegro and Ireland also just missed out, both finishing in 11th place in their respective semi finals.
For the first time since 2004 we had a nul pointer. The dubious honour fell to Gipsy.cz from Czech Republic. Their performance of "Aven Romale" failed to impress televoters, clocking up not a single point. Belgium were saved from the same fate - but only just, receiving one solitary point.
